What tier is right for me?

The most popular tier is the Platform tier. If you’re a startup agency with 10 or fewer clients, we’ve developed the Startup package to fit your needs. If you have 100+ clients or are part of a franchise or regional brand, give us a call.

What is the benefit of Platform versus Base?

The Platform level includes integrates services you already use today like Payment Processing, Employment Screening, CareGuard daily monitoring, and Work Opportunity Tax Credit Checks.

Do I have to pay for support and onboarding?

A comprehensive on-boarding program as well as support via email, phone, and our community resources are available for no additional charge.

Do you offer a free trial?

We do not offer a free trial but one of our Account Executives will walk you through a live demo.

Are there any extra fees?

Nope! Your standard rate includes on-boarding, support, telephony, unlimited administrators, and all of the core ClearCare product modules. The only additional cost that will occur is if you elect to run any of our platform Add-Ons like Payment Processing, Background Checks, Tax Credits, WorkSafe Central, or Workers’ Compensation insurance.

For billing, what is defined as an ‘active client’?

Each month your bill will be calculated by your base rate (i.e., $12 per client) x the total number of clients that were billed during that month. If a client had multiple shifts you will only be charged once. For example, if you had 35 clients who received a shift and were billed, your bill would be $12 x 35 =$420.
